Transparent, flexible engagement billed on time invested and expenses incurred

  • Best when scope is complex, iterative, or likely to evolve as work unfolds

Model 2: Outcome-Based

Flat fee + revenue share — for clearly defined new offerings where we share in the value we help create

  • A flat fee paid upfront covers engagement and delivery cost
  • A percentage of revenue from the new offering shared over an agreed period (typically 1–3 years)
  • Ideal for launching new revenue streams, entering new markets, or building net-new products
  • We only propose this model when we are confident in the outcome — because our compensation depends on it
